This studio of approximately 35 M2 is composed of a living room with lounge area and large screen TV. A 160 cm bed and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
A retro-style bathroom with walk-in shower sink and toilet.
The terrace, shaded by an awning and bordered by an aqueduct, is equipped with a table and 2 chairs, plus 2 deck chairs and a barbecue.
